    Gerhard

    Gerhard is an Occupational Therapist and Director of Humble Allied Health, with over a decade of experience supporting people with disabilities and their families across the lifespan. He works alongside individuals and their support networks to remove barriers and create opportunities for greater independence and participation.

    His clinical interests include home modifications, assistive technology, and developing tailored support arrangements for people with complex needs. Gerhard is particularly passionate about creating accessible environments and helping people establish sustainable, well-coordinated supports within their homes and communities.

    Gerhard holds a Master of Occupational Therapy Studies, a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours), and a Diploma of Access Consulting. He is a member of Occupational Therapy Australia. Outside of work, he enjoys creating planted freshwater aquariums and playing basketball.

    Leah

    Leah is a Physiotherapist with over 38 years of experience working across the Aged Care and Community sectors. She focuses on improving mobility, strength, and safety for people with disabilities, while supporting carers and teams to provide safe, effective support.

    Leah has a strong interest in manual handling and works closely with families and support workers to reduce the risk of injury and build confidence in day-to-day care. Her approach is practical, person-centred, and focused on achieving sustainable outcomes.

    She holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of Queensland, is a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA), and has completed a Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training. Outside of work, she enjoys golf, gardening, and watching her grandchildren play sport.

    Vic

    Vic is Humble Allied Health's Finance Officer and is responsible for billing, payroll, and the financial systems that support the day-to-day running of the practice. As a qualified accountant, he is passionate about creating efficient processes that allow the team to focus on delivering high-quality services to participants and their families.

    With a strong eye for detail and a love of well-designed systems, Vic works behind the scenes to ensure Humble operates smoothly, accurately, and reliably.

    He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours). Outside of work, he enjoys playing the accordion, occasionally performing at Oktoberfest celebrations around Brisbane, and spending time with his children and grandchildren.
