Gerhard is an Occupational Therapist and Director of Humble Allied Health, with over a decade of experience supporting people with disabilities and their families across the lifespan. He works alongside individuals and their support networks to create practical, person-centred solutions that build independence and improve everyday life.

His work includes home modifications, assistive technology, and developing tailored support arrangements for people with complex needs. Gerhard is particularly passionate about helping people establish sustainable, well-coordinated supports in the community.

Gerhard leads Humble Allied Health with a focus on delivering thoughtful, high-quality services that are grounded in real-world outcomes and strong relationships.

He holds a Master of Occupational Therapy Studies and a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours) from the University of Queensland and is a member of Occupational Therapy Australia. Outside of work, he enjoys creating planted aquariums and playing basketball.

Leah is a Physiotherapist with over 38 years of experience working across the Aged Care and Community sectors. She focuses on improving mobility, strength, and safety for people with disabilities, while supporting carers and teams to provide safe, effective support.

Leah has a strong interest in manual handling and works closely with families and support workers to reduce the risk of injury and build confidence in day-to-day care. Her approach is practical, person-centred, and focused on achieving sustainable outcomes.

She holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of Queensland, is a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA), and has completed a Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training. Outside of work, she enjoys golf, gardening, and watching her grandchildren play sport.
